10 Facts Every Woman Should Know

Writer: bayleebaylee

Growing up, there has been SO much pressure on looking a certain way and what the “ideal” body type is. There are expectations put out there on social media and society on what is considered ”beautiful” and it’s easy to get lost in this. I know this was was something I struggled with for the longest time whether I like to admit it or not. I never (ever) had a flat stomach, I was very athletic and enjoy working out 5-6 days a week, and eat healthy for the most part. When working out and lifting, my biggest insecurity was getting “too big” from lifting and putting on muscle. It was something that took about a year for me to get comfortable with and come to terms with this is MY body, the only one I’m going to have, so I might as well get comfortable in it for I have a whole lifetime ahead of me with it.
